The Euro gained almost 0.5% against the US Dollar, to trade at 1.4508; currently trading at 1.4479. US dollar also fell against the Japanese Yen, hitting a 83,20 low and currently trading at 83,37 – USD is slipping ta a 16-month low in the Asian trading market.

UK jobless claims results were released this morning with an increase in jobless claims by 0.7K, worse than anticipated results; while predicted data was analyzed to be a decline around 3.5K. This caused the British currency to slide lower against the Dollar to a low of 1.6252 , as well as the Euro with the Euro rising to about 0.8920, about 20 pips from the lowest price today.

UK CPI was realaed this morning with lower results than expected by 50%. The prediction was 0.6% while only 0.3% was given. This pushes a fall in infaltion for the first time since July 2010.

Japan’s nuclear disaster is looking in the level of danger close to the disaster in Chernobyl some 25 years ago, one of the world’s worse nuclear disasters. Danger has sparked to level 7, meaning that it’s hazzardous to the enviroment and health. Since Tokyo afternoon yesterday, 11/04, Japan has been struck by several earthquakes yet again..

One of the strongest currencies prior to the natural disaster seems to be falling quietly after the G7 intervention almost a month ago. G7 meeting managed to sustain its main goal of containing the currency’s rise, as the yen fell lower against the Aussie currency forex trading.
