U.S. monthly unemployment rate declines..
The jobless rate unexpectedly fell to the lowest level since March 2009, declining to 8.6% from 9% in the preceding month.
Analysts expected unchanged rate of 9%.
The report release by Labor Department measures the volume of the total unemployed work force, actively looking for job during the previous month.
Also in data presented today, nonfarm payrolls increased by 120,000, increasing from 100,000 previous month, but still below expectations of 125,000.
