Number of building permits approved in U.S. increase more than forecasted.
The number of building permits approved in U.S. in March increase to 750 000 from 720 000 units reported in February. It is the highest reading since September 2008.
Analysts expected in this area a decline to 710 000.
On the other hand housing starts index decreased to 654 000. February’s data was revised to 694 000- Commerce Department reported today.
Meanwhile economist forecasted gain to 710 000 units.
The U.S. dollar remained stronger against Euro after report release and was traded at 1.3136.
