Canada: CPI up by 0.4%
The Statistics Canada reported today that Consumer Price Inflation level increased by 0.4% in February, in line with expectations.
In yearly capture inflation rate reached 2.6%.
The same as ECB, Bank of Canada targeted inflation level eased down to 2%.
Core inflation, excluding more volatile items improved more than expected in February.
Index rose by seasonally adjusted 0.4%, instead of 0.3% forecasted.
Previous month data was revised to 0.2% increase.
On yearly basics Core CPI reached 2.3%.
