The amount of new home loans approvals rose for an eights successive month in November.
Australian Bureau of Statistics reported that number of granted loans grew to a seasonally adjusted 1.4%, after 0.7% amounted in previous month.

Only 1% of increase was expected by analysts.

Also Australian Central Bank decided to lower interest rate by 0.25% for the first time since 2009.
The AUD slightly reacted after the news.
