Mega Trader FX brokerage services are provided by Trading Point of Financial Instruments Limited, an investment firm regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under License Number 120/10.  Trading Point of Financial Instruments Limited is operating under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) and authorized to operate in all European countries and in most other Jusrisdictions worldwide on a cross-border basis.

In connection to the aforementioned, please note that:

• all clients' trading accounts initiated through Mega Trader FX website are opened with Trading Point of Financial Instruments Limited.
• all deposits of funds in clients' trading accounts initiated through the Mega Trader FX website are made with Trading Point of Financial Instruments Limited; and
• all financial transactions and trade execution services through clients' trading accounts initiated through the Mega Trader FX website are provided and processed by Trading Point of Financial Instruments Limited.

Responsibility of Visitors

Jurisdiction

Money Laundering

Mega Trader FX and it associated companies is firmly committed to participating in international efforts to combat money laundering and the funding of terrorist and criminal activities.

Mega Trader FX implements an AML program that is governed by its Anti-Money Laundering Policy and includes the following AML principles :

• Written policies and procedures
• Establishing the identification of all relevant clients through clear and consise KYC documentation.
• Reporting suspicions transactions
• Retention of relevant records
• Regular staff training
• Conducting business with "shell" banks precluded (as defined within the FATF 40 recommendations)
• A compliance department to review AML programmes as well as external reviews by the regulators/external auditors.
