Industrial production down in Euro area.
Industrial production in Euro area fell by seasonally adjusted 1.1% in December, in line with expectations.
November’s revised data showed no change in industrial production.
Comparing with previous year index fell by 2.0% instead of 1.2% expected.
Eurostat reported also that in whole 27 countries of European Union industrial production decreased by seasonally adjusted 0.6%.
Annual data showed 0.9% decline in December after 0.2% growth recorded in November.
