European Finance Ministers will meet later today to discuss terms of fiscal rescue plan for euro area debt crisis, with Greek debt swap on top.
Greek creditors announced their final offer for a debt swap and left the decision to EU and IMF, which are trying to avoid Greek default and economy collapse in March.

As investors can see progress in Greek problem euro currency is gaining against main counterparts. Also European markets are climbing.

Positive impact had also German short term bond auction earlier today. The government sold over 2.5 billion euro with very strong demand.
