EU representatives and EC discuss contracts for the supply of gas and oil…
The negotiations between EU representatives of Danish Parliament, EC and European Parliament about common energy policy resulted in lack of agreement today.
The issue was an exchange of information between EU and EC about contracts for energy supply.
Last September EC proposed for European Union new project for energy policy, which included full cooperation and exchange of information about agreements and negotiations in energy fields reached by countries of EU.
Today’s discussion focused on whether countries should be obligated to disclose such information or could provide it voluntarily.
